PORK FINISHING SAUCE
I like my PORK – I enjoy the taste of the PORK not the
sauce. Thus, I like my Butt moist with
good bark and some Carolina style on the side!
Simple and quick.
1cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
